On 2018-10-17, the USDA announced that GH Foods CA is conducting a recall on Salads Containing Chicken Products due to possible contamination with listeria, salmonella. The recalled products were sold under the brand name(s) 365 BY WHOLE FOODS MARKET during an unspecified time period throughout the regions shown in the map below.

In recent months, there have been 34 food recalls due to potential contamination, including salads containing meat products, meat and poultry products and more. Additionally, there have been 36 food recalls due to other health hazards as well as 30 drug and medical device recalls.

GH Foods CA, LLC, a Sacramento, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 987 pounds of ready-to-eat salad with chicken products that contain a corn ingredient that may be contaminated with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
