Recall: AccuPure floor standing filtration dispensers
On 2017-07-28, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) published a recall regarding AccuPure floor standing filtration dispensers due to a potential fire and burn hazard. This product sold new beginning in April 2011 for about $700 to $900.

Since 2005, there have been approximately 10 similar recalls,
involving about 200,000 product units.

Consumers should immediately unplug the water dispensers and stop using them. Nestlé Waters is contacting consumers directly to schedule installation of a replacement unit. Consumers with questions should contact Nestlé Waters.

Incidents & Injuries Reported as of Recall Date
Nestlé Waters has received 15 reports of overheating, including seven reports of units emitting smoke or catching fire. No injuries have been reported.
