What is the problem?

When the ottoman is converted into a bed and weight is put on it, it can collapse, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Instance(s) of injuries have been reported.

How can I tell if I own this product?

The product is an ottoman on casters with a folding metal frame and a high-density polyfoam mattress. The ottoman can open out and be converted into a twin-sized bed. Fabric covers are sold separately.

These items were sold new⁺ at Improvements and Skymall catalogs and online at Improvementscatalog.com and Skymall.com from May 2011 to August 2011 for between $150 and $190.
