The recalled products were sold under the brand name(s) Dr. King's and Dr. King's Aquaflora during an unspecified time period throughout the regions shown in the map below.
In recent months, there have been 7 drugs recalls due to potential contamination, including kratom powder capsule, kratom products and more. Additionally, there have been 16 drug and medical device recalls due to other health hazards as well as 82 food recalls.

King Bio is voluntarily recalling four lots of Aquaflora Candida HP9, Lymph Detox, and Baby Teething liquids to the consumer level. During a routine inspection by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the products were found to contain microbial contaminants Pseudomonas Brenneri, Pseudomonas Fluroescens and Burkholderia Multivorans.
