On 2018-01-02, the USDA announced that Swift Beef Company is conducting a recall on Beef Stew Products due to possible contamination with foreign matter . The recalled products were sold under the brand name(s) HEB during an unspecified time period throughout the regions shown in the map below.
In recent months, there have been 56 food recalls due to potential contamination, including smoked salmon 1.5 lbs, 8 oz, packaged products containing apple slices and more. Additionally, there have been 60 food recalls due to other health hazards as well as 16 drug and medical device recalls.
