On 2018-05-25, the FDA announced that Shadow Holdings dba Bocchi Laboratories is conducting a Updated recall on No-Rinse Cleansing Foam due to possible contamination with burkholderia cepacia. The recalled products were sold under the brand name(s) Medline Remedy Essentials during an unspecified time period throughout the regions shown in the map below.

In recent months, there have been 2 cosmetics recalls due to potential contamination, including tattoo inks, baby wipes and more.
