WASHINGTON, April 8, 2017- Mibo Fresh Food, a Fort Worth, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 3,434 pounds of ready-to-eat salad products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The product contains pieces of honey glazed walnut, which has an ingredient of wheat, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
