What is the problem?
Surface paints on the wagon and handle contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.

The recalled wagon has a red painted, steel deck with removable wooden sides. The wheels have ball bearings and air-filled tires.
These items were sold new+ at Northern Tool & Equipment catalog, Web site, and retail stores nationwide from July 2007 through September 2007 for about $60.
