On 2017-12-01, the USDA announced that Rafedain Shish Kabob Restaurant is conducting a recall on Chicken Patty Shish Kabob Products due to possible undeclared milk, soy, wheat. The recalled products were sold under the brand name(s) Rafedain during an unspecified time period throughout the regions shown in the map below.

In recent months, there have been 63 food recalls due to potential undeclared ingredients, including dark chocolate almonds, dark chocolate cashews, and dark chocolate pecans, cashew cranberry cherry jubilee, oat bran nutty crunch, honey nutty granola, peanut delight, and frontier trail mix and more. Additionally, there have been 56 food recalls due to other health hazards as well as 17 drug and medical device recalls.

Rafedain Shish Kabob Restaurant, Inc., a Detroit, Mich. establishment, is recalling approximately 813 pounds of chicken patty shish kabob products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain milk, wheat and soy, known allergens, which are not declared on the product label. Read More.
