Community Guidelines
WeMakeItSafer, Inc. provides opportunities for members of the community to participate in a number of ways, including but not limited to, submission of safety tips, commenting on products and holding discussions in forums. In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our online community, we ask that you please read and abide by these rules before interacting with the community. General Conduct
We encourage you to post your opinion and ideas, but you aren't permitted to insult, harass, or intimidate others for expressing theirs. Profanity (even if it is masked) and name-calling is forbidden. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, disparaging or hateful comments based on gender, age, appearance, race, sexual orientation, ethnic background, locality, or religion.
You may not post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation. WeMakeItSafer, Inc. reserves the right to remove content of any kind for any reason without notification.
Do not impersonate any person or entity, use an identity similar to another identity used in the WeMakeItSafer community such that it may be misleading to other users or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Content
Users are reminded that content on WeMakeItSafer, including content submitted by others are to be taken “as is,” for information purposes only. You should not rely on information provided as legal or medical advice. You should also assume that the content is protected by copyright laws. Users are encouraged to state personal qualifications and cite sources of information wherever applicable.
Copyright, Libel, Slander and Other Laws
You are responsible for your Content and "Posted Content." While WeMakeItSafer, Inc. is not obligated to monitor or remove content, we maintain the right to do so. If you commit Libel, Slander, Copyright Infringement or other legal violation, you alone will be liable for claims and damages arising from such acts.
