|Recall Summary:||ON CERTAIN AMBULANCES, THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS FOR THE SQUAD BENCH COULD PULL OUT FROM THE WALL.|
|Hazard:||SEAT OCCUPANT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED IN AN EVENT OF A CRASH.|
|Remedy:||DEALERS WILL INSTALL STEEL PLATES TO REINFORCE THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT MEDTEC AT 1-574-534-2631.|
