|Hazard:||IF BOTH SPRINGS FAIL, THE PEDAL WILL NOT RETURN TO THE IDLE POSITION, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.|
|Remedy:||OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN FEBRUARY 22, 2002. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT PREVOST AT 1-418-831-5432.|
