In recent months, there have been 33 food recalls due to potential undeclared ingredients, including organic banana, strawberry & apple puree with nonfat greek yogurt, chicken skewer products and more. Additionally, there have been 44 food recalls due to other health hazards as well as 22 drug and medical device recalls.

Harvest Food Group, Inc., a Chicago, Ill. establishment, is recalling approximately 47,332 pounds of Not Ready-To-Eat (NRTE) chicken fried rice products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
